Logansport Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce the opening of a new pain management center on April 1, 2024. The Logansport Memorial Pain Management Center will be located at 1201 Michigan Avenue, Suite 70, Logansport, IN 46947.
Chronic pain can affect all areas of our lives, including our relationships, sleep, and mental health, and it may even lead to a lower quality of life. Together with the Pain Management Group (PMG), Logansport Memorial is dedicated to providing high-quality care right here in our community. Our team of providers utilizes an interdisciplinary model of care, including physical therapy, neurology, primary care, medical imaging, and other areas to address patient well-being from multiple perspectives.
Conditions that the Logansport Memorial Pain Management Center may treat include neck and back pain, work-related injuries, arthritis pain in the spine and the joints, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), nerve damage, muscle spasm pain, shingles pain, headaches, and persistent pain after neck or back surgery.
Possible treatments include injections, nerve blocks, kyphoplasty, radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulation, and minimally invasive lumbar decompression.
“We are grateful for the invitation to be a part of the Logansport Medical Community,” shared Mark Ozimek, PMG’s President. “From the welcome we have received from the people of this community and the collaborative spirit of the Logansport Memorial and PMG teams so far, we are confident that we are in the right place and have a partner that matches our energy, values, and culture. PMG is committed to providing effective, reliable, and high-quality care to patients close to home and we are humbled for the opportunity to serve the people of Logansport and surrounding areas for years to come.”
“Logansport Memorial Hospital is proud to partner with Pain Management Group to open our new Pain Management Center,” says Rachel Theodore, Vice President of Physician Network, Workforce Health, and Sports Medicine. “We have a strong need for pain management services in our community and opening this clinic will allow our patients to have convenient access to high quality, safe treatment methods for chronic pain.”

We want to continue to provide a high level of patient-centered care within the north-central Indiana region, and this clinic will positively impact our patients that live with chronic pain and help them return to the activities of their daily lives.”
