Weight-loss surgery helps people with extreme obesity to lose weight. It may be the right approach or the right option for you if you cannot lose weight through lifestyle changes, or if you are suffering from serious health problems as a result of obesity. If you have made multiple attempts to lose the weight and have not been successful, let us help you improve your life and overall well-being with clinically proven bariatric surgery.

FREE bariatric surgery informational seminars
To get started on your path to a new life through weight-loss surgery, attend a free surgical weight-loss seminar. We recommend that anyone interested in bariatric surgery attend a seminar for educational purposes and to determine if this approach is the best fit for you. During these seminars, we will present the surgical options available, discuss the risks and benefits of the surgery, talk about nutrition before and after surgery, and answer questions you may have about the procedure. Register for a free bariatric surgery seminar.
Bariatric support group meetings
Bariatric support group meetings are offered on the second Monday of each month from 6:30-8 pm in the “Senior Room” at Area Five Agency on Aging, located at 1801 Smith Street in Logansport. Please plan to enter through the side door. These groups are open to both pre-operative and post-operative bariatric surgery patients and are free of charge. I want to attend a support group meeting.
